Excellent place all staff polite caring and friendly . Very clean and easily accessible good parking. Easy to organise appointments online and in person. I have had physio and also attended Pilates. I would highly recommend them if looking for treatment and for Pilates.
John and Abi are a great asset to True Physio. A great balance of camaraderie and serious information during sessions. Easily diagnosed and fixed a knee problem I was facing, then the same again for my knee! They have gotten me back to my normal sports and hobbies quickly.
All the staff I encountered were always friendly and pleasant, and the therapy I received from John was invaluable.
John has been treating me for 2 problems, he has taken his time to understand the issues and has been able to explain exactly what the treatment and exercises are targeting. He has made me feel at ease at all times and has shown patience, great communication and a warm personality alongside his professional knowledge. I have recommended him to several friends.
