About True Physio Nantwich
True Physio Nantwich is a private physiotherapy clinic based at George House, Princes Court in Nantwich, supporting individuals of all ages with pain, injuries and movement-related problems. Your first physiotherapy appointment will include a detailed assessment of your symptoms, medical history, movement and personal goals. Your physiotherapist will then develop an individual treatment and rehabilitation plan based on your needs and adjust it as your recovery progresses.
Massage therapy is also available at the Nantwich clinic, alongside other services such as acupuncture, Pilates and shockwave therapy where appropriate. Treatment focuses on supporting recovery, improving movement and helping you get back to everyday activities, work or sport.

I've recently had physiotherapy treatment with John, and would highly recommend his services. I injured my back during a deadlift in my powerlifting competition and immediately felt a lot of pain which worried me as to how long I'd be out of not only my sport but also my work as a Firefighter. John assessed my back, told me what he thought I'd done and provided massage therapy over a few weeks. He also gave me exercises to do at home, and just over a month later I'm back to around 70% of my pre-injury lifting capability, which is far more than I expected at this stage. My confidence is high that I'll soon be back to competing and at full strength.
My appointment was on time and fulfilled my expectations.

Excellent place all staff polite caring and friendly . Very clean and easily accessible good parking. Easy to organise appointments online and in person. I have had physio and also attended Pilates. I would highly recommend them if looking for treatment and for Pilates.
John and Abi are a great asset to True Physio. A great balance of camaraderie and serious information during sessions. Easily diagnosed and fixed a knee problem I was facing, then the same again for my knee! They have gotten me back to my normal sports and hobbies quickly.
