Nice place, lovely, helpful staff.

All the staff I encountered were always friendly and pleasant, and the therapy I received from John was invaluable.

John has been treating me for 2 problems, he has taken his time to understand the issues and has been able to explain exactly what the treatment and exercises are targeting. He has made me feel at ease at all times and has shown patience, great communication and a warm personality alongside his professional knowledge. I have recommended him to several friends.

My latest visit was my final visit following a course of treatment. My symptoms have been stubborn, but settled with persistence. John has been attentive and reassuring throughout.

The team at True physio are welcoming and professional. John is a brilliant physio who has really helped me with tension in neck and shoulder muscles and a knee injury. He has been really thorough and is very knowledgeable meaning he has been able to help me immensely.

After suffering with arthritis of the knee for some months (experiencing debilitating pain) I had several physio sessions, followed by a steroid injection given by Ben. I was impressed by how Ben carefully identified the most painful areas and injection into four of those. Although it is only a week since I had it done, and it can take a few days to settle, I have had remarkable relief since the second day. My pain level has dwindled to almost nothing and I couldn't be more grateful. I understand that this is not a cure, but as a way of getting out of pain for several months, at least, I consider it very worthwhile. Thank you, Ben.

The treatment was excellent. This was the second time I have needed physio for 2 unrelated issues. On this occasion John provided the treatment that was thorough and effective. I was provided with a range of treatments; the combined effect was rapid pain relief and a full recovery

The Nantwich is well placed in terms of location, parking is good and the staff are well trained, friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and smells nice. Overall atmosphere is excellent. If I had to make one small critique, it would be that when the receptionist needed to contact me in relation to, for example, changes to appointment schedules, they would not introduce themselves or advise me where they're calling from, or why they were calling! This made the first interaction of the phone call quite difficult to understand who the person is, and the reason for their call to me. For future reference, when the receptionist contacts patients, it would be good if they could introduce themselves, advise why they are calling, and go from there. On all the calls, I had to stop them mid sentence, to undertand who they were and the reason for the call.
