Female, male, breast, musculoskeletal, and paediatric ultrasound assessments are available, each delivered by experienced consultants. The Clockhouse also provides minor surgical procedures such as cryotherapy, electrocautery, curettage, therapeutic injections, excisions, incisions, and other clinically indicated interventions including skin biopsies and endometrial sampling.
In addition to diagnostic and surgical services, the clinic offers private general practice appointments, anti-wrinkle injections, platelet-rich plasma therapy, paediatric medical care on Saturdays, and post-hair-transplant support. Same-day blood testing and rapid results are also available in partnership with a diagnostic laboratory.

Arrived for a pre booked appointment in the evening and there was no one there. We waited outside for 20 minutes calling the two numbers on the door. There was no response until after we chose to leave. We were then told the doctor was away despite receiving email and text message confirmations of the appointment. Overall a very poor and disappointing service.
I was scheduled in to see Dr Barakova this evening at 20:00. When my husband and I arrived at the clinic there was no one present, nor were we able to get through to anyone via phone.
I attended the appointment and nobody was there i tried to call on the number that was in the website and nobody answered!!!
I highly recommend The Clockhouse Clinic! The staff was friendly and polite.
Doctor Barakova is always the best, I am always very grateful for her care and assistance.
Dr Barakova is an excellent consultant who takes plenty of time to carry out all the necessary checks during each scan. She is always available to address any questions or concerns I may have. Having her monitor my pregnancy has been a wonderful experience and gives me great confidence that everything is progressing well.
We have been there for consultation , and Dr Milen really helped us understand properly what issues the healthy problem and guide us about the next step we have to take. Thank you Dr Milen for your explanation and guidance.
I had an excellent experience at this gynecology clinic. The doctor was extremely friendly and professional, creating a comfortable and calming environment for patients. The doctor was very knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure and answering all questions with care.
