Dr. Nikolay Tomov

Dr. Nikolay (Nik) Tomov is a highly experienced GP with an extended role in musculoskeletal (MSK) and rehabilitation medicine. With over 20 years of diverse clinical experience in both primary and secondary care, Dr. Tomov brings a wealth of knowledge in managing MSK conditions, rehabilitation, and post-stroke recovery. His clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based best practices, delivered within a patient-centred environment that follows rigorous disease management protocols and clinical standards.

Dr. Tomov graduated from the Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, in 1999 and spent a decade practising in his home country before relocating to the UK in 2010. He completed his GP training on the Isle of Wight and has been living in Ryde with his family since 2016. He is a proud member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, an associate member of the Royal College of Physicians, and a member of the British Society of Rehabilitation Medicine.

Now practising at The Clock House Clinic, Dr. Tomov is delighted to serve the local community and looks forward to making a positive impact on the lives of his patients.
