I’ve had great support throughout, help with the blood tests and useful reminders when my next dose is due. The interaction of my last blood test was straightforward and the consultation was smooth and the lady was kind. Couldn’t ask for a better service! I’m very pleased with my results this far too!

Amazing and easy

SheMed have been somewhat helpful and regular getting my meds to me, and have been on hand to answer queries but the quality of those answers have been a bit hit and miss. For example I had an issue where I was experiencing quite severe side effects and wanted support on how to manage them or explore reducing my dose, and instead I was upsold on an alternative medicine to try. It took several rounds of back and forth messaging to finally get the help I needed without needing to navigate sales speak. I’ve also been with them for 6 months and was promised a follow up blood test and have not yet received this.
