Delivery of the medicines is fine but for the increased cost vs a pharmacy, you don’t receive anything as promised, just a load of articles and a Facebook group to join. I wouldn’t use them if I started again as not value for money. I’ve also lost no weight but the “clinician reviews” don’t seem to pick this up, just continue to take my money

I have no problem with medication app is easy to follow weight coming off slowly which I’m happy with

Don’t think this helps weight loss as I’ve stayed the same the last two months now wouldn’t recommend

Very easy instructions given to check in every 4 weeks. Every reassurance given when needed I feel very supported
