Really intuitive app. So easy to navigate. Clear information on steps. Progress chart is encouraging. I have found the entire programme to be supportive and evidence led to improved health.

I have just recently started using Shemed to help me lose weight. The initial blood test reassured me that they would take my journey seriously and enable support from my GP. Side effects can be unpleasant but do not last and through them Shemed is on hand to support and advise. As I am clinically obese and live a solitary life this has been a wonderful addition to my life. I could easily have chucked the whole process in BUT I have a team around me which is so comforting. I am sure there may be other sites who support but I am very glad I picked Shemed and thoroughly recommend you trust them as I have .
