SheMed patients describe staff and clinicians as supportive, helpful, and professional. The practice offers straightforward access to weight loss injections, leading to significant weight loss, improved health, and confidence for many. Initial blood tests and ongoing clinical monitoring are vital for safe GLP-1 medication treatment; some patients mention communication issues, difficulties with refunds, app functionality, or slower weight loss. SheMed prominently addresses weight management and women's health needs, using regular health screening.
Excellent particularly the feeling of being treated as an individual in a caring , articulate way. Thank you
Its been easy to access the app for updates and refills . Only thing is i would of liked more about good diary and advice of what to eat
Friendly helpful advice best weight loss service I have used just not seeing results yet
Online questionnaire, no visits
Great support. Easy check in system. Thorough checks before prescribing meds which made me feel more comfortable and not like you just wanted my money. Like you weve really making sure the medication was right for me. Great access to tool to help with any side effects and option to escalate to physician help if needed. Excellent overall service!
It is really easy to use and they give you support every step of the way.
Happy with the service. Easy to use
Yeah its been great.
It’s not the best. I find it intrusive and not clear. They sent me the injection and I took it straightaway (as I’ve used it before) not realising I had to do a check in. Since then check ins haven’t been on time even though I’ve tried to delete past check ins to rectify this. I hate that I have to weigh and inject as my bathroom scales are 2 floors up and the injection is in the fridge downstairs so that’s an inconvenience The checks ins are not 30 seconds. I have to record and sometimes it doesn’t recognise it and then three times now it’s just logged out when I’ve come to scan the barcode on the box
I have lost over a done in 7 weeks on a lower dose which suited me and it’s made such a difference to my health and wellbeing
