I’ve really appreciate the support from SheMed when I’ve needed it. That said I’ve been in the meds for a year with relatively few side effects and have lost a significant amount of weight.

The experience has been excellent, I have now managed to become pre diabetic, my overall health has improved beyond expectations. I am able to do activities for example walking and gardening to a much better level. What is most important is the supervision and monitoring that has taken place, it has made me secure in the knowledge that I have taken the correct course of action to improve my physical health.

The app is slow and takes ages to load especially on check in days but overall extremely helpful. Would be good to have an area for your final goal
