Great service, and easy to keep going with the programme. The app is really well built too.

Everything runs well, the pens always arrive before the last ones run out. The self check in is good however after weighing yourself and taking a picture it asks you to speak your weight to confirm. I don't like this for two reasons, firstly I'm deaf so I'd prefer not to have to do this. But also it's not discreet, as people can overhear. If I wait it asks me to enter it manually, I think that option should be available from the start instead of waiting to be timed out.
