If you stick to a healthy eating it will work

So far I'm on the lowest dose and initially I started losing a pound a week and then just stayed the same for four weigh ins. Time to move a dose and see what happens. Over the weeks I have definitely eaten less so a little disappointed that I've stayed the same weight for so many weeks.

I was extremely hesiitant at first to use weightloss medication because of the horror story headlines but what really struck me was the lack of support from providers. SheMed is totally different. I feel 'seen' and supported. Any queries are answered by medical professionals. I have come to realise that obesity and using weightloss medication shouldnt be seen as a 'quick fix' or 'easy way' to lose weight. For me it has been a Godsend. Not only am I losing weight steadily, I am making better nutrition choices and even enjoy going to the gym!
