The product is very easy to use, and I want to say that the care taken in sending a kit was essential because if there is any reaction, it's already ready to treat.

I was having an excellent experience with the product until we were all moved to Wegovy which is a shame and I really this was sort of out of SheMed’s hands. I found the weekly check-ins very helpful, but the quality of spoken English could really vary. Sometimes it was clear that the person was reading a script who had never heard some of the words in English before.

I started shemed at 16st, 56 years old. I’ve only been overweight since my daughters were born, 20 and 22 years ag, before that I was 9st to 9.5st my entire adult life. I’d occasionally put on a few pounds here and there but that was my usual weight. But an under active thyroid, back pain from scoliosis and caring for my Autistic daughter, who has very controlling behaviours, meant the weight crept on to the 11st weight I was after my pregnancies. Mounjaro and then Wegovy has been a lifechanger for me, I’ve lost a third of my weight! I’m now 10st 5, lighter than I’ve been in 22 years and I’ve reached/surpassed my preliminary goal weight of 10.5st! Weight loss is slow now, sometimes I just maintain and sometimes I gain a tiny bit but I now have the confidence to deal with this minute setback, if you can even call it that! Previously any gain would have devastated me and sent me into a spiral of overeating but not anymore!

Overall excellent service on the 12 month plan. The only let down was when the price of mounjaro rocketed and SheMed then put the price up for people such as me that had signed up for a 12 month plan at £99 a month. They offered Wegovy at £99 for the remaining months but then you had to start again at a lower dose. I’d kept to my part of the deal by staying on the program for 12 months. SheMed however let a lot of people down doing the above and they lost a lot of people who had originally signed up. I understand the price hike was not their fault but they should have stood by our agreement for those on the adherence plan.

If I could give 0 stars I would. In the information they give you before starting weight loss medication they say you get a free blood test which I think is a great idea. Within the information about this test is there will be a call with an agent, I was happy with this. What they don’t tell you is this call is a video call. I don’t do video calls…….ever with anyone. When I wouldn’t turn on my camera they cut off the call telling me they couldn’t provide the service o had already paid for. When I went to customer service to ask for a refund and offered to send the unopened blood test parcel back they said they couldn’t take it back (I understand it’s a sterile item). They refused point blank to give a refund. I explained the situation about video calls. They then again refused to refund all of the money I had already paid for the medication I can’t even be prescribed so haven’t received it. I’ve even explained that they are in breach of legal rules laid down for this situation. I’m appalled that they are holding onto my money without taking into account that ambiguity in a contract falls in favour of the consumer.

Started shemed 15 months ago and was best decision I ever made , lost 6 stone and feel great I had no problems with shemed whatsoever ever Everything was very smooth

I have found SheMed to be reliable and, as far as one can tell from an online relationship, interested in my well being.

I was anxious about Commencing my weight loss journey but SheMed information and support made the process easy to navigate.
