Check in every week with no problem just disappointed that the weight loss chart has changed and doesn’t give you the overall weight loss from the start of the journey

They are really good at communicating and their service is very quick. Very supportive and helpful.

The initial kit was very easy to use unlike comments I’ve seen online. If you follow the instructions there’s no way to get it wrong. On top of that there is 1-2-1 live assistance if you’re insecure. I got my first pen today and looking forward to what comes next!

I have been a member of the SheMed community for over 7 months now. I find my weight loss is steady and not too rapid which helps me to maintain good health and well being. I have lost an average of 2lb per week which is where I want to be on my journey. There is so much support through the app that I never feel alone on trying to achieve my goals. There is also free live seminars from all different health and well being experts that you can also access through the app. SheMed is not my first company I tried but I can reassure you it is the best and I will complete my journey to a new healthier me with them.

I have yet to see any major weight loss that everyone else seems to achieve. 6 weeks in and fairly disappointed. I lost as much weight in the past on my own.

The app is a little fiddly to use at first and now the update has been done it isn't really giving the information on your weight loss as transparent as it could be. All in all I have not needed to speak to anyone or email regarding problems so it has been a positive experience so far.

I paid £69 to start SheMed I had 2 blood test of which both failed I wrote to say I wanted to cancel and my money back This was about 5 weeks or maybe 6 weeks ago And I have never heard a thing back

I went with another company before SheMed and there wasn’t any blood testing (which is so easy, pity gp surgeries don’t do this way for needle phobic people) or half as many questions. The instructions are very very straight forward and easy to use.

I think the service could potentially be good. However the terms and conditions say that the payment is taken on a 28 day cycle. So far I have had payment taken on day 25 and day 23. The second time I tried to withhold the question so they didn't take the money as I didn't have it, but this back fired as they took the questionnaires down without telling me and just auto renewed. I am really upset by this. You need to sort out the payment method as you are currently in breach of terms and conditions and this does not help people build trust in your service.

I feel really looked after and safe from my initial blood test, which were easy to do, to being guided to my first injection. Would highly recommend
