SheMed have been a great company in terms of support and supporting me to confidently take GLP medication.

I ont like the constant emails despite telling someone and turning off notifications. And I haven't lost a single 1lb since starting wegovy... I have actually gained weight. Weygovy doesn't work like mounjaro apparently, so as you can imagine I'm upset. I am actually cancelling my subscription and account today

I have found Shemed, helpfull, and very interested in you as a client, and making sure your well enough to be on medicatiin, they make sure they have all information, and take bloods before issuing medication, sending through results in great detail, i feel they care more for you as a client and not just interested in how much money they can make from you like other companies i have tried. I have never had as good follow ups with other companies, Shemed allow you to log all side effects, concerns, And when it is weigh in time it is all recorded I couldnt believe the care i received, before, and after medication issued. Lots advice, and grouos you can join live. Even before medication was issued i was invited to join live chat from an expert. So far very happy with care revieved If your thinking of joining, id say go for it There is nothing to loose,

Sometimes when i ask a question i dont feel i get an answer but a standard reply and sometimes I ask a question that they cant answer

The weekly weigh used to be with an online call centre but now you can choose to take an image of your scales, record your voice saying the weight and yhen can your pen's qr code. Just a couple of minutes out of your week. Progress uploads to your app so uou can see all weigh in results and a graph. The app is great as it has alot of helpful information both for newbies and long term users to refer too. You can report your side effects at any time and a clinician will email you support. Shemed are there if you need them but if you are happy then its jut the weekly weigh in to do. If you are happy to be independent then this is for you.

Using weight loss drug is a big decision to make, she med supported me and has led to better weight loss than any other programme I have been on I chose to go the slow and steady route as this fits more with my lifestyle and they have not tried to push me to maximum dose, but understand what is individual to me, lots of information on the website thank you

Overall I’m really pleased with the weight loss I have achieved with the support of Mounjaro. Communicating with SheMed is not as efficient as it could be. Support is there if you need it . The automated systems are frustrating at times
