I have found SheMed to be a professional company that provides excellent support and Zoom educational sessions with its customers. I love using the app too. I found the service to be reliable in terms of communication and tracking service on postal of the pen. I have lost just over 3 stone in 9 months since I started firstly with Manjaro and then in September, with Wegovy. I also appreciate how the company has kept the price of their pen stable since I first started on this regime.

Over all everything has been good, except for the telephone call. The person I spoke to I really couldn’t understand what she was saying and she spoke very quickly

Hello I had difficulty to have the blood test done as it was charging me twice . So I gave up the treatment I never received my jab And I have been asking for refund At least 5 times sent email . And the answer was that I can’t have a refund I need to speak with a manager Who sort out the refund d for me please Also I’m in a financial situation New job My goat payment was only 771 pounds It is a difficult month I need the 164£ that I payed for the non received jab please Jana

I lost just over 2 stone started on monjaro then swapped over to wegovy. It took around 6 months Very happy with the end result I am now trying to maintain my weight myself so far so good.

I have been with SheMed and using Mounjaro since April 2025 and I have lost almost 4 stone. SheMed have been marvellous and I particularly like the weekly video call as it makes me more accountable! SheMed may be more expensive than other companies but I feel incredibly safe as SheMed are very easy to contact should you have any questions or worries.

Cannot fault the care and service in any way 10/10

I started my Shemed journey..and I'm quite happy with just the slow weight loss.one and a half stone in six months.i couldn't go on the higher dose of 1mg.as it made me very sick.so stick to the 0.5mg.it works for me.

Great app and customer service is very helpful. Delivery on point and nicely packaged.

SheMed app is easy to use and so accessible. Lots of info about using the medication, side effects, clear instructions and quick self check in.
