Absolutely amazing company. Their services and app have changed my life. The weekly check in keeps you focused. The extra information in the app and the additional seminars etc are so helpful. So glad I went with this company for my weight loss journey.

It’s definitely a great company the price was right and I couldn’t believe everything I got such as Gaviscon,loperamide,bloated and senna every thing you would possibly need while your on your weight loss journey highly recommend

Issue with a medicine which arrived in an open and unsealed box and a cool pack that had completely defrosted and split over the medicine due to delays with delivery. SheMed would not replace it and asked me to contact the company which I did that confirmed it needed to be kept cool before use. SheMed insist this is incorrect although I would have expected the manufacturer to know. Refused to replace even though the medicine was open/unsealed and could have been tampered with despite manufacturer advising not to use it.

Very happy with my health

After researching for months, I finally decided to purchase from She Med. The initial consultation and blood tests seemed like the sensible choice for me. Everything was dealt with in a professional manner. I received my prescription, with complete written instructions on how to use , also included was an app with videos etc, anything you need help with. I had a few side effects, nausea and fatigue in the first few weeks, but I've lost 23 pounds in weight in the 9 weeks that I've been using it. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I really like the self check in on weight days. If you use the support team for check in, I find they talk very fast, they are professional but would like to be asked if there are any problems and to be signed posted to where you can get help. Over all the experience is very good.

I'm a foundling member and in 12 months I lost 6½ stone 😁. I'm really happy with the overall experience I have with shemeds and would recommend it to anyone wishing to lose weight.

Ordered the kit but the collection device was missing. Made two enquiries which were not answered till two weeks later, cancelled my subscription because did not receive the goods. It was worrying at such an early stage that things were wrong. Had at least three further emails and a telephone call asking me to do blood test etc. it seemed like there was no communication between departments. Got an email saying sorry you left and that your test kit was incomplete, have £10 as good will. I stated no thanks that’s not happening I will continue with my claim back. Offered another kit to be sent out. I declined!. I bet this doesn’t get approved because it’s negative

I delayed the nxt dosage as I had DD coming out my account and they took it out regardless without my consent this is something I strongly disagree with

Excellent service in every possible way.I have never used a provider as through as She Med.; Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be staying with She Med absolutely the best through and through. Keep up the brilliant work. Thank you Sally.
