I have just requested 7.5 mg and the clinicians agree even tho if your not happy to go up in dose they will let you stay on the dose that you feel suits you , 7 months with she med and only now going up dose to 7.5 mg and lost 5 stone

I started my journey in April 2024 on monjarro with a different company weighing 14st 9lbs by the end of August 2025 I weighed 11st 8lbs .I had days whrn I felt nauseous and had Indigestion but I was happy that the food. Noises had gone and I no longer thought about food constantly . I stopped using the medication straight away when I was happy with my weight instead of going through maintenance . I started again with Shemed in November 2025 but because of the increase in price I spoke to the professionals at shemed and they advised I try wegovy so I started on 1mg thrn 2 4mg and just last week I have gone up to u.4mg as I seem to have plateaud .I stay in touch with the doctors at shemed and take their advice . They are very good to deal with and the parcel is very well packaged with several packs of medication to help nausea and indigestion and bloating im very happy dealing with shemed and will continue. My advice is keep going g e en when you plateau because this works Victoria age 73 ( young at heart) 😃

I would recomend SheMed, the app is great. They offer supporr as and when needed

I have had good service, although I do feel that SheMed are expensive. Personally I value being with a single provider and I am hoping that when I reach my goal there will be some good advice and support around reducing the medication and maintaining my weight loss.

It’s been so easy to lose weight steadily & healthy, all my bloods have improved, I feel more confident & my back pain has almost gone.
