My assessment was carried out by a lady who was kind, caring, and made me feel at ease. She did not rush me, she took the time to make me feel comfortable and she reassured me. I found the experience helpful.

Carmi was really good with my daughter, she doesn’t often engage with people but Carmi kept her attention and really tried to get my daughter to engage. It was nice to hear her expressing some of the things she loved.
