Carmi was very friendly and encouraging

The whole experience has been pretty awful. The lack of communication. Wait time without clarity. Lack of personal attention. Lack of introduction, apart from a name, no role or qualification given. No clarity on where the person was situated. Rushed. All feels very unsafe. A total lack of care, or empathy. At the end you are asking for a phone number, but states ‘anonymous’. The quickest thing in the process has been a link to the review! The next page gives me ‘who you saw’ that bears no resemblance to who I saw. I wish I had not embarked on this with RTN!

I have never had to undergo an assessment like this before, although I was not worried in taking part in the process you do have concerns when completing forms that you have overthought a question, been informative enough or not, as can be difficult to be critical and honest about yourself when you have always been and acted a certain way, what others perseve in your actions and personality as different and as an individul do not know anything different other than the fact you feel something is not quite right . The call was conducted with Aaliyah Mckenzie, I cannot praise her professioinalism enough, I did not feel rushed at any point during our meeting, the time seemed to go so quickly. Aaliyah took the time to explain the process before, during and after i.e. the what happens next, each section and question in turn was explained fully, re capped where required or returned for further information where she felt necessary. I was put at ease immediately with her friendly manor, which working with the public as I do is not always easy to do. Aaliyah was very informative and knowledgable in the process and the next steps, I cannot praise her and the company enough for the excellent customer service from the first contact, assessment process, email enquiries in between and follow up meetings.
