RTN Mental Health - Right To Choose

I had my ADHD assessment, which lasted around two and a half hours, and I just wanted to say how positive the experience was. From start to finish, I felt listened to, understood, and treated with real care and professionalism. It was genuinely refreshing to be able to speak openly about things I’ve struggled with, with someone who clearly knew exactly what they were talking about and approached everything with both knowledge and empathy. What stood out most was that I never felt judged, no matter what I said. I felt able to be honest and open throughout, which made a real difference. It made what could have felt like a daunting process feel comfortable and constructive. I’m very grateful for the time, understanding, and insight I was given. Thank you.

My diagnosis and treatment has been quite life-changing. Supportive journey so far.

The process took about a year this was longer than we were lead to believe at the start. We have had problems with communication despite telephone calls to resolve issues and the bed side maner at the final diagnosis left alot to be desired sadly. We are however pleased with how the process went otherwise whole the final stages just let RTN down

RTN have been so lovely and i'd choose them again. The waiting times weren't that long and my assessment was overrun but they didnt rush me. I felt like I was heard and understood and pleased I finally have a diagnosis after many years of struggling

I had a very cathartic and reassuring experience completing my autism assessment with James. I felt anxious and unsure of myself but he put me at ease very quickly and was very open and understanding. I feel I was able to express myself and get the most out of the assessment experience.
