Went very well, the prescriber was very friendly and knowledgeable and had good answers to all my questions.

Alec delivered the session very well, made it clear from the start what the session would entail. Was patient & professional with my child, reminding her along the way there were no right or wrong answers, engaging well with her & giving her feedback on how well she was doing.

Poppie was great with Rafi, made him feel comfortable and the call felt like it went quickly. Thank you very much.

I was quite anxious to have my assessment, for many reasons naturally. I felt very comfortable and at ease speaking with Sarah. I felt listened to, nothing felt rushed so overall I had a very positive experience.

Can't rate the impact as ive not had any treatment yet. Long waiting list, much longer than it said. I felt i was listened to. A couple of things could have been checked with me more thoroughly to ensure was accurate but overall a good experience.

Poppie was amazing, so understanding, helped me understand my feelings and what i was tying to say. She made me feel safe and comfortable and that i wasnt going to be judged. Service is 10/10

Overall, my ADHD assessment didn't take long to be completed what took the longest was booking a cardiology appointment because there was a mistake with the email address, this meant I had to ring up between RTN and my doctors to figure this out. I was diagnosed in Nov 25 and didn't have my cardiology until Feb 26. Overall, staff are lovely and considerate. Great service
