I felt i was able to tell how i felt with no worries and not under pressure to say how honest i felt and have been feeling over the years.

They've been fantastic at every point, explained everything well and dealt with any enquiries quickly.

I’ve been with RTN for a while now. I’ve had an ADHD assessment & diagnosis. I’m now going through an Autism assessment, and a tritiation period for my ADHD meds. They’ve been exceptional throughout the whole process. Sometimes communication takes a while but that is literally my only criticism. Other than that, they have been professional, polite, caring & supportive. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and I would certainly recommend them to anyone struggling with mental health.

We had the first part assessment for our daughter today. I was present as requestrd by daughter. I had to stay silent through out the lady she spoke with was incredible i loved how simple and flowing they made it and shen she couldnt answer as didnt know the lady constantly reasured her or said things like thats a very good answer it was soo calming and endearing to watch as the lady made my daughter feel completely relaxed and didnt once feel like a failure for not knowing how to express or explain things

From start to finish my whole experience with RTN mental health solutions has been really good. Unfortunately my GP surgery had made an error with my referral for an ASD assessment but Josephine and Lawrence in Diagnostics were able to me untangle what had happened to allow me to continue to get assessed. I was therefore extremely anxious about my face to face appointment, but I needn't have been. Lucy King did the assessment for me and she was kind, caring, supportive and professional. She listened, gave me all the time I needed, made recommendations and really helped me through the process. I have felt heard and held by all the staff I had interactions with at RTN and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much for everything you have done.
