RTN Mental Health - Right To Choose

I have been on ADHD medication for around 4 weeks now and bar one or two tweaks, I’m so pleased with how it’s going. RTN have been great with me, very helpful and overall I couldn’t be happier.

Really caring and lovely people! It's a long process but they have been very helpful all the way.

My titration appointments with Annabel are always professional, calming and reassuring. She answers all my questions with care and kindness, which helps me make the best decisions in managing this side of my ADHD. She is knowledgeable and patient too and I would definitely recommend her and RTN if you are considering a diagnosis/medication journey.

Lucy made me feel at ease with the combined assessment. The process was easy to follow and Lucy guided me through the questions in a professional yet relaxed approach which help me through the assessment

It was very informative and helpful. Both were very caring.

The assessment is not yet completed. The assessor ended the session after the stipulated 90 minutes, as agreed, and we have booked a further hour on 6th April. The assessor was pleasant and explained the process well. I am quite sure they are not a psychiatrist, however. Furthermore, they are not listed in the "specialists I saw" section (next page). I don't know how the diagnosis works, and this was not explained.

My daughters and I were assessed through RTN, and our experience with the team has been positive. From the initial customer service to the assessment team itself, every step of the process was handled in a professional manner with care, and genuine support. Lawrence was especially helpful when we encountered difficulties with our GP and the completion of forms. All of the assessors were friendly, thorough, and compassionate, ensuring we felt comfortable and fully informed throughout. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and communication at every stage was clear. We felt valued and understood throughout the process. Thank you to the whole team at RTN.

She was so down to earth. She understood me so well. She listened to me and asked me questions if she needed more information. She was smiley and warm/welcoming, i would definitely recommend her to others!
