RTN Mental Health - Right To Choose

I have rated my overall experience poorly but it's really important for me to draw a distinction between the admin process and the verbal assessment process. Both of the clinicians I spoke to were utterly charming and made a difficult conversation as easy as it could be. I can't praise them highly enough and in isolation would give them both 10/10. My issues are entirely with everything else. It started with glitchy and poorly introduced forms which caused me so much stress, and continued with unclear emails which caused me a lot of confusion and delayed the process. I can't be the only neurodivergent person who needs a clear process, clear structure and clear instructions and all of these were sadly lacking. It's such a shame that the fabulous front-line staff are so let down by an engine that isn't fit for purpose.

It was brilliant from start to finish my son was easy to participate in the meeting and the lady took her time and was very paticent with lucas he was so calm thankyou

The whole process was seemless. Could not fault anyone that has been involved. So helpful and was put at ease from the start. Very thorough. Would recommend using RTN through Right to Choose.

Lucy was lovely and tried to relate questions to my daughters interests.

Both Zilah (ADIR) & Ellis (ADOS) were incredible. Very supportive and friendly. Especially with the ADOS, with it being a long and sensitive appointment. I felt really supported & encouraged. At the end of the appointment i felt like I was talking with a friend. Thank you.
