Very professional and helpful team

From initially choosing RTN through the right too choose pathway, to the initial questionnaires and assessment, and through to my final results, RTN were really great and I couldn't fault them. The wait time for me was under 6 months (3 or 4 I can't remember!), and I didn't find at any point that I got impatient for them to get things going. The assessment interviews seemed thorough and both of the people conducting mine were both really lovely. Thank you for making a potentially stressful process manageable!

Professional, concise, and supportive staff. The admin processes are not the most robust and seem to be targeted towards the practice rather than providing clients/patients with the information and timeline clarity they need.

The whole assessment was outstanding it good have the support and understanding from professional staff . You dont release the time when you are talking so much and reflecting about your loved ones. It is eye opener how much you learn yourself also. I can't thank the staff enough.
