I was very anxious leading up to the appointment, as I didn’t know what to expect and how to communicate my behaviour and thought processes. Sophie made me feel as relaxed as I could be, under the circumstances which allowed me to open up more to relate my issues.

It was a good experience though I'm frustrated with myself as I feel like I have more examples to share to the practitioner to add to the report.and I am unsure how to get them.
