I have now received my full report and diagnosis of ADHD and Autism and want to say thank you for your support and the service you provided. I truly appreciate it.

Online assessment, really thorough, efficient and was made to feel comfortable by Lucy.

My recent visit (contact),has been online and by phone,both of which have been trouble free, and well handled.

It was really good she outlined everything that was going to happen during the appointment. I was really happy

The clinician was really good with my 14 year old daughter. She doesn't always feel comfortable to talk, but was able to speak to this lady.

Poppy was so lovely, really understanding and Made Oscar feel very comfortable

My adult son had an assessment with Frankie she was very calming and put my son at ease she asked lots of questions and genuinely wanted to help. Having a video link assessment was much easier for my son as he does not leave the house so a physical appointment would have been far too stressful.

Jessica was very understanding and supportive. I was able to focus and share as much as I could with her because I felt heard and accepted. Thank you.

Diagnosis was fast (from initial GP appointment to referal to diagnosis was well under a year). Fast turnaround on being prescribed ADHD meds too. Very professional service throughout.

Jessica took me through a series of questions, explaining everything clearly and keeping me focused and engaged.
