Lucy was absolutely lovely! She was so kind and made me feel very comfortable and seen!

I received an ADHD assessment via the right-to-choose scheme. While the process was quite slow (though I believe better than other places), the assessment was very thorough, I felt taken seriously and listened to, and nothing was rushed. The staff is exceptional.
