I struggle to take part on Teams due to anxiety but it was efficient and the psychiatrist made my diagnosis easy to understand.

Really easy to use platform and the appointment was done in a friendly and professional manner

Polite, well explained and helpful

A bit tricky getting the laptop set up but easy after that

We were well prepared and the communication was good. It might have helped if my daughter could have sat nearer the screen

Very good, was online (Lucy) had a lovely happy smily face with made my son comfortable, very happy

Lucy was kind helpful considerate and really good with Eva she was relatable and helped keep her at ease

Everyone has been fantastic from start to finish (still being reviewed every 4 week on medication) But they have been fantastic especially when dealing with me and my impatient attitude when I was not medicated. They have been polite respectful and have helped me through this more than I can imagine im still trialing medication to see what best suits me. But they have been fantastic.
