RTN Mental Health - Right To Choose

My GP sent referral for RTN in January 2025. According to their announcement on the ADHD website, the waiting time was 8-9 weeks. Unfortunately, I was waiting couple of months. My assessment was done in October and on my outcome appointment, which was a year after, the 3rd doctor was involved a d decided to do one more assessment. Without prior arrangement or agreement. Poor customer service, dishonest administration.

I had never used Google meet before but I assumed it was like the others like teams and zoom. The person that assessed me was really kind, asked questions that I could understand, or that my mother could help me with.

Excellent , Professional and understanding

Bethanie was really empathetic and had a great manner with Dulcie. She worked hard to engage her and identify which techniques would get her to respond. She made the experience feel fun, not onerous and was patient and engaging. I also found the organisation of the appointment to be well managed. I got lots of helpful reminders, the links to access the appointment were made readily available and it felt smooth.

I had an online meeting with Lucy King very kind and sympathetic. Really easy to talk to.
