I would rate my service with RTN amazing. I would rate it 10/10.

I loved it being online. I felt heard. I felt like she put me at ease. I liked that there will be recommendations for me regardless of whether I have autism confirmed or not.

Sarah was really friendly and put me at ease during my assessment. I was quite nervous but she was easy to talk to and I felt like she really listened to what I was saying.

Whilst I was very nervous about the interview Nina was very welcoming, and though those nerves remained throughout I never felt judged or worried about how Nina felt about me in turn. It was conducted well, very uniform which I appreciate, with enough room to riff back and forth between questions which helped make it feel less serious and tense. After it was over, as I suspected, plenty of other things came flooding back to me in terms of habits I might have forgot to mention, though hopefully I provided enough with my answers already.

Tiegan made my assessment feel as comfortable as possible. She was really nice and reassuring and also helpful when I got flustered. Thank you to her for making the experience a good one.

I found the system a little confusing, I wish an email went out explaining each step that would happen, but when I’ve emailed staff have always been extremely helpful. The lady that did my daughter’s assessment was very friendly and patient with her, she allowed for her to move around, have breaks and finish early. She also explained things well. The last that did the assessment with us to discuss our daughter was also very friendly and made us feel at ease. It was a long assessment, but she allowed times for breaks. We would often go off on tangents and she was always supportive of this, but also good at bringing us back round to the topic. I would highly recommend this service.

Shannon was really nice to talk to & understud when i found it difficult to explain things. Very polite and explained the questions i didnt understand

It has caused some anxiety as I have been over think the assessment and my answers and the questions. I could have given better answers a week later after I had rethought throw some things.
