It was my second time at the clinic and it did not disappoint with its hospitality and helpfulness. The waiting area was very spacious, with refreshments and magazines to keep ourselves hydrated and busy; the toilets were spotless; the staff made everything go swimmingly every step of the way. The GP who consulted me was competent, professional, efficient and open to all the questions I wanted to ask. The only negative remark I have to make is about punctuality – my appointment took place 10-20 minutes later than scheduled.

I came to see Dr Sera in March for my yearly medical. She is absolutely fantastic! She makes you feel at ease and is extremely professional. I have been coming to see her for the last 3 years and will continue to do so.

My experience with Dr Sera was extremely positive. Very friendly and reassuring. Gentle with blood tests and physical exams. Referrals to specialists made quickly and all test results back fast.
