Pixie and Sera

Sera is very professional but at the same time very approachable and easy to talk too about the most sensitive things, I have had a wonderful experience with Sera and she has helped with a lot of health issues.

A friendly, efficient and personal service, exemplary in every respect. I can’t recommend Pixie & Sera highly enough .

My recent experiences with Pixie and Sera have of course been online. Dr Pixie has been brilliant during the lockdown in speedily arranging zoom appointments and follows whether by zoom or simply by email on additional points. They have also set up a service with Pharmacierge for my prescriptions which has taken on an added advantage during lockdown since I am based up in Liverpool and some of my prescriptions are only available on order from local pharmacists. With the service, the prescription comes straight to my door. I highly recommend Dr Pixie. My rating for cleanliness is in respect of those visits I was able to make before lockdown kicked in. I am very pleased with the assistance and help I have received from PIxie and Sera over the last couple of years I have been their patient.

Absolutely no complaints - the only practice that I know that responds very quickly to emails. Very happy.

I visited have visited the Pixie and Sera clinic a few times and every time the whole experience has been very efficient and a pleasure .

Service was quick and easy to reach over the phone however my appointment was not confirmed before I went which made it a bit difficult to find and remember the time. This was due to getting my email wrong several times I think.

Excellent service at all points of contact. Clean safe environment. Highly recommend.
