Over the past 10 years my family, friends and I have found Pixie and Sera to be very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional in their manner and treatment provided.

I usually see Sera and have always been 100% satisfied by my experience of appointments (she is professional, friendly, attentive and has the ability to explain complex medical issues in layman’s terms). Whilst Sera will recommend essential additional tests she does not encourage unnecessary testing. Staff are always charming and helpful. Most recently, I had a phone appointment with Lawen: again, helpful, attentive, listened, had clearly read my records and was extremely professional, pleasant and efficient, doing exactly what he said he would do after my call. I am so pleased with the service provided by Pixie and Sera’s practice that I have no qualms about recommending them to several friends.

Dr Muheden was very friendly. He also had quick access to my records at the practice and was very attentive. Will definitely go back if I need a doctor at any time.
