Only the highest level of care. We have been with Pixie and Sera for a number of years and would highly recommend it. Both are very thorough, personable, supportive and exceptional at what they do.

I usually see Sera and have always been 100% satisfied by my experience of appointments (she is professional, friendly, attentive and has the ability to explain complex medical issues in layman’s terms). Whilst Sera will recommend essential additional tests she does not encourage unnecessary testing. Staff are always charming and helpful. Most recently, I had a phone appointment with Lawen: again, helpful, attentive, listened, had clearly read my records and was extremely professional, pleasant and efficient, doing exactly what he said he would do after my call. I am so pleased with the service provided by Pixie and Sera’s practice that I have no qualms about recommending them to several friends.
