From the admin team I have interacted with (Matt, Ramla) to the doctor I regularly see (Dr Bhavini), everyone is so extremely patient, detail-oriented and compassionate. Never feel rushed and always feel extremely heard, supported and guided. They are also one of the few places in London that directly work with our US-based insurance.
