Was wrongly advised and didn’t get the care I asked for on the phone call. Bad experience. Had to hump somewhere else with my broken toe.

Sera was very understanding, gentle and knowledgeable. All the colleague’s in different testing units also were kind, professional and friendly. All tests results and additional information received promptly and efficiently.

Always responsive to inquiries, sharing test results and creating a plan of action.

Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Inez asked me several questions about why I was visiting the clinic. I had an ear complaint which was not painful but worried me. She examined my ear and although she did not find anything unusual, she suggested I might want to consider seeing a specialist. She explained using some illustrations to show how the inner ear looks and works. All of the information was easy for me to understand and I made an appt with a specialist. She gave me a letter to take to my specialist appt and a list of names for me. I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Dr Inez and the clinic.

Excellent experience all around. Dr. Shoukru is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and empathetic. The offices are spotless, and the staff is very polite, helpful, and efficient.
