I had bilateral total knee replacement surgery 8 months ago and from day one I knew the operation had been totally successful. Excellent surgery, excellent staff and excellent result. I could not be more happy.

The team at Orthopaedic Innovation were brilliant throughout my ACL reconstruction and recovery. They always replied to emails quickly, and the aftercare was excellent. I felt supported at every stage and would highly recommend them.

Rapid turnaround from initial free of charge consultation through to operation. Very experienced, innovative methods used for surgery with unbelievable results compared to typically offered procedures. After having my femur leg bone completely cut through in the operation, I was walking less than 24 hours later 🤯.. also a minor cut in the leg considering what they did. Very pleased with the outcome.

I met with Kristian and Adrian to discuss how to straighten a very bent knee, a little bit of shaving of bone, then gently moving the knee back into the position it was designed to be in. nothing to worry about and true to their word there was nothing to be concerned about.

I had a hip replacement in November 2025 and found the experience completely satisfactory. The surgery was rapid with minimal scarring (around 2 inches long). I followed recommendations and was on my feet after about 2 weeks and was driving and in the supermarket a week later. I would highly recommend Orthopaedic Innovation to anyone needing replacement surgery using the Klee method. At the time of the surgery I was 82 years old and still active.

Prof. Wilson is very good about giving his full attention to me. I never felt that he was rushing through the appointment or was distracted by anything else. He is very thorough, personable and professional. I couldn't ask for more.

I am a Physiotherapist and I was keen to have the modern approach to my hip replacement. I reviewed various Consultants and organisations and decided that Orthopaedic Innovation was the best choice. I phoned the organisation and the office staff were very pleasant and quick to set up a telephone meeting with Professor Wilson. He was charming and very positive about the operation. He suggested that I should have an Xray and then meet him so that he could see how I was moving and where I had pain. He explained that the Consultant Mr Kley would do the operation and that he was very experienced in this type of operation. The best aspects were that the operation was managed by the front of the hip and not by the side or back. This approach meant that muscle and nerves were not damaged. My operation was booked within two weeks and I had support from the office staff on payment and information for the pre-op requirements. I had the operation at the hospital. Mr Kley spent time with me explaining how the process would work. He booked me in for 12:00pm and the staff in the hospital checked me before the operation. All of the staff were kind and patient and also diligent in the pre-op process. I walked to the pre-op room and after an injection I had the operation. I woke up after the operation to find I was in bed and feeling great. I was keen to get dressed and to go home. The post-op people appeared and they had permission to let me go home.
