The appointment itself went very well and I felt well looked after. The only area that could be improved was the waiting time, as there was some delay before I was seen. I found all the staff very helpful and professional. Explaining every procedure from the surgeon when performing the operation. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, given details of what to expect next. I did not have to wait too long but there was a television and a hot drinks machine had I had need of them. When it was time for the procedure I cwas introduced to everyone in the theatre. During the procedure Miss Patel kept me fully informed of what she was doing and at the end there was a very welcome cup of tea and biscuits. I was put at my ease from the outset and felt confident that all would be well.
