Modality LLP Ophthalmology

Modality Partnership is an acclaimed GP super-partnership known for its nationwide primary health care and community services. Modality LLP, its community services arm, is led by dedicated consultants, GPwERs, nurse specialists, and allied health professionals. Operating within local GP practices and community settings, these services aim to reduce outpatient wait times.

Modality LLP's journey into NHS ophthalmology began in 2018 at the Attwood Green Health Centre. Since then, it has grown significantly, becoming the second busiest community service within the LLP. The service now operates 7 days a week at Attwood Green and also at Memorial Health Centre (Khattak Surgery) since 2022. Future plans include expansion to Sutton Coldfield and Edgbaston in 2023.

In a notable expansion move, Modality Ophthalmology now offers private eye consultations and treatments, complementing its successful private dermatology service at Modality Medical Spa since spring 2021.
