I find it very frustrating when I juggle my schedule to attend a particular instructors Pilates class and it changes - I appreciate people have to go on holiday and what have you but this happens repeatedly. Today I thought I was booked into a class with Jess - when I booked into it last week that’s what I was told - and it turns out that I was with an instructor that I actively do not want to attend his class. There’s nothing specifically wrong with this instructor but he’s not as good as Jess and I think there’s incredible value in attending the same class with the same instructor. I think that the amount we pay for these classes means that we shouldn’t get a random instructor on the day.

I was in great distress with a problem everyone involved very caring and professional assistance given almost immediately ( within the hour with no appointment)

I was carefully listened to, diagnosed and advised to recieve treatment and given exercises to practice at home. This has all been a positive experience

I saw Andy previously to start with (great guy) and have seen many others here, Dan this time. Very clued in, empathetic, friendly (definitely including those in reception!) and crucially brilliant at diagnosing problems and rectifying them
