Excellent sports massage treatment and felt the benefit for some time after.

My visit was for a treatment that I'm unaware is available anywhere else. Soft tissue therapy.

This place for what they can do for your BACK is a GOD send ! No wonder back surgeons and pharmaceuticals companies don't won't you to know about this treatment. I could walk away after each session knowing i'd be fine (all week) long with no pain to look forward to. It worked for me (lower back), and glad i found it. Now let it work for you ! Enough said.

The only visit I had was a massage but this was quite a few months ago so not sure why I only just got the survey but the massage was rubbish and the masseur disinterested. It was on a deal to secure more customers I guess but totally put me off the clinic.

I had a great experience with Lyfe Health. The facilities are fantastic and feel like a real all-in-one wellbeing space, with a gym, physio services, coffee shop and more that I didn't even get the chance to explore. I had a sports massage with Ben Piper, who was professional, knowledgeable and quickly identified exactly what needed sorting. I felt completely at ease and really valued the quality of the treatment. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend both Ben and Lyfe Health.

I visited with a pain in my right knee and lower leg. Daniel soon worked out I had a trapped nerve from scar tissue following an operation, the pain was soon gone and has never returned. Thank-you Daniel
