Very fast service

Everyone was super friendly but I really sensed that the doctor I saw was in a rush. It was suggested that the appointment could take 1-1.5hrs and I was in and out in 20 mins with a very sore arm after my blood test. Subsequently I have a huge bruise all down my arm. I do bruise easily but I’ve had multiple bloods taken before and never reacted like this. It was a little heavy handed.

I met a different Doctor today from my usual, but he was exceptionally well prepared and I felt that the visit was extremely helpful.

An excellent practice. The reception staff and administration are consistently efficient, professional and helpful, and everything is very well organised. The overall standard of care and service is extremely high.

I must commend Knightsbridge Doctors services. They were good at all points, I had a major delay with transport services getting there hours past my appointment. I was not turned back rather was encouraged to be there before a set time to leave ample time to be attend to before closing. I was attended to with so much care, patience and smiles. Building is situated in a good place and easy to access as well
