Dr Smith was amazing

All Staff at were exceptional in their customer service, from the receptionist, to the Xray and the Doctor. They were very accommodating to my urgent situation and were able to help me out.

Excellent doctor particularly on a home visit. Very friendly. Extrmely thorough in every respect. He took blood without causing any pain and succeeded first time without any fuss. Excellent about informing me about other measures I should consider e.g shingles vaccination ( which in the event I had.) A credit to the Practice.

Dr Gill was great and the receptionist (I didn’t get their name) was also very helpful.

Dr Waters and all the team there have been exceptional for many years. They have supported me through thick and thin. I can’t recommend them highly enough

Always a great experience. Great advice, balancing short and long-term. Always thoughtful and highly informed. Proactive at follow up.

I was late due to travelling a long distance and getting stuck in the traffic for a crash twice. The team were understanding and changed my appointment time on the day. It would be better if there was a way to contact the visa teams via the phone and not just via email though (I had to bother the private GP reception).
