Very efficient whilst feeling very personal. Some confusion at the start of the consultation, whereby the prior background/pre-tests had not been pre-reviewed, however as soon as that was quickly realised, the consultation was personal, informative, relaxed and professional. A most excellent service
Thank you for your feedback! We always strive to review patient’s background/test results, however, in busy periods this may not be immediately possible and apologise for any distress this may have caused. We appreciate that overall you had a positive experience. Best wishes, the healthXY team
Mr Lamb was very approachable and clearly explained his diagnosis and recommendations for the future
Thank you for your generous feedback. It is very much appreciated. Best wishes, the healthXY team
Visit and consultation was great. Viewing documents is not great at all. The amount of repetitive details that need to be entered is ridiculous. Can’t view my own document.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that viewing healthcare records has been challenging. We will take this on board, and in the meantime, please do email admin@healthxy.co.uk and we can share documents by email with your consent. Best wishes, the healthXY team
The 2 doctors i saw were professional, kind and took time to explain to me this being a new situation to me that i never anticipated.
Thank you for your positive feedback, which is very much appreciated. Best wishes, the healthXY team
Benjamin Lamb was an excellent, kind and caring consultant. He helped me beyond my initial cancer appointment to get set up with immediate CT scans on the day, finding me the right surgeon and making a personal introduction. Thank you Benjamin for supporting me at this very difficult time.
Thank you for your kind feedback, which is very much appreciated. We are delighted that we were able to help you in your care journey. Best wishes, the healthXY team

Professor Rajan gave us a thorough overview of my case and could not have been more helpful or patient. He listened carefully and was open minded to discussing my treatment options and provided clear analysis and advice. I was very happy with the engagement.. He also noted I had not been referred for a radiation consultation, and took the time to arrange one there and then. Much appreciated.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We are delighted to know that I could meet your expectations. Your support is incredibly encouraging to us. Best wishes, healthXY
The speed, from my PSA reading, MRI, Biopsy, diagnosis pet scan and then discussions for treatment has been truly amazing. I’m am so grateful and impressed with every single person I have met, I cannot thank you all so much for saving me so much grief and probably my life if everything hadn’t been so quick.

When it comes to prostate cancer, not all cancers are the same, and the ISUP Grade Group helps doctors understand how aggressive the cancer is. Benjamin Lamb, Men’s health expert and prostate cancer surgeon explains the ISUP Grade Group. ISUP (International Society of Urological Pathology) Grades range from 1 to 5: Grade 1: Least aggressive – may not need immediate treatment Grade 2-3: Intermediate risk – may need active treatment Grade 4-5: High risk – more likely to grow and spread The ISUP grade helps guide treatment decisions, from active surveillance to surgery or radiotherapy.

Patients diagnosed with prostate cancer often ask what is the “Gleason Score?” Prabhakar Rajan explains that a Gleason score is assigned by a pathologist when looking at the prostate cancer cells with a microscope. The pathologist will assign a score from 6 to 10, with 6 being mild and 10 being aggressive. Gleason 6 and some 7 cancers can be monitored whilst Gleason 8, 9 and 10 cancers need immediate treatment. ☎️+44 20 35761776 📧info@healthxy.co.uk 🌏https://lnkd.in/dvFAJptB
