I felt rushed during the consultation and didn’t get to ask everything I wanted to. I also never received my prescription which meant I was no better off for having paid for the consultation. I chased it up but heard nothing which was disappointing and frustrating.

What a great service. Spoke to Dr Varathan who was a true gentleman. He listened, gave advice and was open to my opinions too so it felt like I was being heard. Appointment made at my convenience and prescription sent within an hour. First time I’ve used the service and I was seriously impressed.

Best experience! It’s worth every penny and is definitely not worth waiting on NHS ages for an appointment. This appointment was for a child but Dr Lavan Varathan was so knowledgeable, attentive, asking questions and doing proper checks. I felt so relieved after talking to him. He reassured me that they are here to help and I can call back if the little one doesn’t improve I can go to their clinic and they will see him. Top service! I’m so grateful

Dr. Varathan strikes the perfect balance as a doctor. He's straightforward and clear in his approach yet also attentive and empathetic. He takes the time to listen and explain things in a way that's easy to grasp. You get the medical advice and treatment you need, all while feeling genuinely heard and cared for. His friendly manner and focus during consultations make the whole experience reassuring and positive.

I went to GoGodoc in order to discuss having a CT scan for which the NHS wait was too long. Dr Varathan was careful in taking a history, clearly understood my concerns and succinct and focused in his advice. His referral letter was totally accurate and came through within a very short time. My appointment with Gogadoc was an extremely efficient and stress free. It was a 100% relief not to have to wait for NHS appointment and my consultation took place exactly as and how I had been told it would. Dr Lavan Varathan was through, he asked lots of questions and responded to my replies: he really listened to what I was saying. My appointment also includes a free telephone follow up in 48 hrs which I very much appreciate. A health issue is never nice but Gogadoc has made it so much easier to understand and to manage.
