Brilliant service. I was phoned in under 20 mins after completing the online consultation form and had a prescription to go and collect in 30 mins.

After feeling very unwell over the weekend I tried an online GP service (via my employer service) who said I needed antibiotics but I wouldn’t receive the prescription for at least 3 days due to bank holiday delays, so I would have to try a&e! So I decided to try gogodoc for the first time to see if they can help organise the prescription I need - I received a call back within an hour, Dr LV was excellent, efficient, friendly and helpful - he checked all of my symptoms and organised the prescription immediately. This service is worth every penny. I’m sure I’ll be using this again in future!

I can’t believe how the doctor just helped in the very first instance, not many doctors out there actually help the way this doctor did. I am so happy and over satisfied with the service they provided. They literally saved me time going to the hospital otherwise I’d still be in a lot of pain if it wasn’t for them! Would happily recommend you guys to anyone! Excellent service.

Can’t live in England without Gogodoc. NHS gp’s are that bad.

I don’t think I could have survived my health conditions without Dr Lavan’s ongoing professional medical support. Dr Lavan is warm and highly professional placing patient care as priority.

Found Gogodoc after my NHS GP call was too far in advance and I wanted help asap. Dr Lavan was amazing and thorough and asked me lots of questions to allow for the right prescription of medication. Really appreciated the appointment.

The GP I spoke to was clear and to the point, prescribed the treatment I was expecting and was timely. More important, the best service in comparison to NHS GPs due to significantly less wait times and a doctor actually willing to listen.
