Was a fantastic, informative session. Dr Levan was absolutely terrific.

Never seen anything like it Very quick and efficient - Dr. Varathan made me feel comfortable and is very understanding of my situation. He asked the right questions and took time to make sure that nothing was left out. From booking the appointment to receiving my prescription took only an hour. Hitch and Tuesday are amazing also with their bright and welcoming attitude - cannot say the same with some NHS staff Will not hesitate to use this service again and will be telling my friends about this.

Saw me on a Saturday in Paddington. Nice space. Dr was gracious and friendly. Helped to put my mind at ease about mum unwell mum (who is travelling from Australia). Dr Varathan also followed up with us a few days after he saw her to check in- unexpected and was a little bit extra (which mum very much appreciated). His treatment was spot on!

Dr Varathan visited me at home. Booking was easy, he came within 1hr was able to do tests (including blood tests) and this was all back within a few hours. He called back with blood results and was able to make a plan to manage me over a weekend (where is impossible to speak with anyone in the NHS). I would certainly use again moving forward. Excellent

Very punctual service. The doctor was careful, attentive and very patient. You could get the tangible impression that no question was too much for him and he was very generous with his time, carefully explaining his diagnosis, the prescription required and how to use the ear spray which he was prescribing. He then sent through the prescription to us via e-mail whilst at our property and was happy to wait whilst we checked this had come through to our inbox.
