Freedom Vision - Wembley

Overall, my cataract surgery was handled with great care and professionalism by everyone involved. My initial conversations with Iana and Abdullahi about the options available helped prepare me for my consultation with the surgeon, Mr Jonathan Aboshiha. Mr Aboshiha provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision and carefully talked me through each step of the procedure, so I always knew what was happening. Throughout the process, I felt I was in very safe hands, with excellent support from Nesi, the nurse assisting on the day, and Roda, one of the other nurses. The aftercare service was also excellent. Everyone involved, including the optometrist Anjla, ensured everything settled down properly and that I was recovering well. As a result, I would highly recommend Freedom Vision, and this team, to anyone considering cataract surgery.

Staff were all excellent and treatment was very efficient. Jonathan, Angela and Abdul were all helpful, friendly and very professional and were a pleasure to deal with as were all other staff whose names I don’t know.

Excellent treatment from beginning to end from Doctor Jonathan , Abdul and all the team at Freedom Vision . Everything was explained to me in detail before I had my cataract surgery which was a great success. Dr Jonathan is an exceptional surgeon who put me at ease throughout treatment . Also Abdul who was not only skillful in his work but went out of his way to make sure we were. comfortable and relaxed during our stay.. A big thank you to everyone at Spamedica and Freedom Vision .. The process was very smooth and easy. The staff updated me frequently about what was happening and what was next. I never felt uncomfortable or concerned.

I had an excellent experience with the Wembley team and facility, even if my "difficult" eyes took quite a while to settle down. I had the Galaxy Ray-One IOLs - top of the range, most expensive. The vision is now excellent - from 15cm to Infinity, I have extremely good sight - things are sharp. I did have to go back several times while my eyes were settling down and it was re-assuring to see the same people each time. So I am a happy man.
