I have been to several physios over the years, and Cairn is by far the best I have attended. He quickly identified issues that had not previously been picked up by others. He has excellent knowledge and experience, ensuring a thorough review of symptoms and developing personalised treatment plans tailored to your needs. Friendly, professional service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I went to see Scott about my lack of joint stability, due to my hypermobility, as it's started to become an issue when weightlifting. Scott put together a programme for me that addressed everything I needed and my weak points have improved a lot in a fairly short amount of time thanks to him. I'm in a much better place now with my joint stability and Scott was great throughout - very competent, friendly, and just made me feel well taken care of.

I'm very happy and grateful I met Cairn, he is very kind and professional and he is helping me a lot healing and recovery from my injury.
