All the staff were professional and helpful from arrival to departure

I found Kieran a very professional person. Very kind and caring. Very good at what he does. Easy to talk to. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful.

Met by the friendly reception team on arrival and was taken by the physio at my booked time. The bed had visibly been cleaned prior to my entry and all other areas looked clean, bright and well maintained.
