Gordon has been great, I visited a few months ago with a bicep tear, through massage, and following the exercises he suggested I left Friday feeling 100% and able to go the the gym again. Highly recommended 💪🏻

Saw Kieran who was excellent and can't recommend highly enough. Took the time listen and understand my ailment and gave me a plan to work on to get me back to road cycling.

I booked an appointment online at short notice, I was a little late due to traffic, I did call to advise of my delay and the appointment was moved slightly to accommodate. Cairn was very welcoming he and the graduate that was with him were very thorough with the knee injury I had sustained. I am more than happy to go back here and have further sessions booked to get me back out doing the things I love.

Excellent service so far. Very professional from reception through to treatment. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding from Scott, explains every step along the way, explains exercises very well and the reason behind each one, highly recommend Scott and the team. I am seeing vast improvement after only two sessions and Scott has managed to completely change my outlook going forward

Attended the practice due to an ongoing hip injury. Gordon identified the issue quickly and has supported me with getting back to exercise. Gordon gave clear guidelines on my rehab, and I am now back building up my running. Practice is lovely and very clean. Would highly recommend ESP Physio, and particularly Gordon.

I cannot fault my experience with ESP. From the moment I entered the building until the moment I left, I felt welcome, safe and well looked after. Every member of staff was professional, attentive and clearly had my best interests and recovery at the forefront of their approach. I would have no hesitation in using ESP again in the future for any physiotherapy needs.

The building was easily accessible and I barely had to wait before th physio was ready, was very prompt. I could hear other clients talking to other therapists and their manner was friendly and was a welcoming environment

The appointment was easy to set up- on arrival I was greeted warmly and welcomed. Mark completed a thorough assessment of my problem/injury. Thoroughly examined my knee and treated it accordingly. I was shown relevant exercises to help with my recovery- and these exercises were also sent to me by email, for reference.
