ESP Physio

Excellent service so far. Very professional from reception through to treatment. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding from Scott, explains every step along the way, explains exercises very well and the reason behind each one, highly recommend Scott and the team. I am seeing vast improvement after only two sessions and Scott has managed to completely change my outlook going forward

Attended the practice due to an ongoing hip injury. Gordon identified the issue quickly and has supported me with getting back to exercise. Gordon gave clear guidelines on my rehab, and I am now back building up my running. Practice is lovely and very clean. Would highly recommend ESP Physio, and particularly Gordon.

I cannot fault my experience with ESP. From the moment I entered the building until the moment I left, I felt welcome, safe and well looked after. Every member of staff was professional, attentive and clearly had my best interests and recovery at the forefront of their approach. I would have no hesitation in using ESP again in the future for any physiotherapy needs.

The building was easily accessible and I barely had to wait before th physio was ready, was very prompt. I could hear other clients talking to other therapists and their manner was friendly and was a welcoming environment

The appointment was easy to set up- on arrival I was greeted warmly and welcomed. Mark completed a thorough assessment of my problem/injury. Thoroughly examined my knee and treated it accordingly. I was shown relevant exercises to help with my recovery- and these exercises were also sent to me by email, for reference.

Professionalism and knowledge shone through.

Very positive experience. Cairn the physio made me feel at ease and gave me confidence in my recovery from a serious accident on my patella.

I have had few appointments with Gordon and I continue to make progress with my injured leg after surgery. He is very knowledgeable and explains all the exercises and had provided effective manual therapy which has made a massive difference for me, allowing me to walk better and able to go back to my normal working hours without discomfort. Great experience for my first time at a physio, staff was welcoming at reception and Scott was great , good first diagnosis and run through on some stretches to determine the source of my issue and gave me the required stretches and massage to help me , highly recommended and will be back if needed definitely 10/10 services start to finish
