My husband has used ESP physio in the past and highly recommended Gordon. I’ve been having issues with chronic neck and shoulder pain and Gordon was able to identify the problem areas and provide a plan of care for treatment. My range of movement improved by the end of the physio session and I’ve exercises to continue treatment at home in between sessions. I cannot recommend enough- also to highlight my issue is chronic not a sport injury (as I did think initially maybe it was sport issues only that were treated in the clinic. It’s not !

After a less than positive experience of going through the NHS system in England I have to say my consultation with Cairn was breath of fresh air. I felt in very capable and expert hands. It felt that for the first time I was listened to and heard about my hip issues which weren't at all linked to my current pain issues of my achilles. Plus, I have had so many experiences of physio as a professional dancer which was hands off and I was so thankful that my session wasn't the case, it was very much hands on. I'd highly recommend.

Scott has been absolutely fantastic so far. Really helped ease my pain and gave me exercises to help continue getting back to normal. He has really made me feel confident about being able to get back to normal and having no pain again since it’s been such a long time coming.

When I arrived at the premises I was welcomed by a lovey lady at the front desk who could not have been more welcoming. Gordon my Physio was very polite and got straight down to checking me out , he showed me some extra exercises which helped the movement in my knee. He then gave my leg a massage using a massager follow my his hands all of which made a massive difference and I am now looking forward to my next visit .
