Everything was excellent

My visit was excellent.

I had to give out personal information in a waiting room with other people. Also I was sat in the waiting room about half an hour having been nil by mouth, there were people eating and drinking. There should be a separate waiting area for patients. It was 2 hrs before I was seen, which is too long when you've been told to be nil by mouth. I had to explain I was autistic to the doctor, who was fine once he understood.

The 2 and half hour waiting time for a 5-minute test was severely dissatisfying. The endoscope tube was much too thick, thicker than it is necessary perhaps. Nowadays the medical technology is much advanced and I truly believe a thinner tube can do the job sufficiently as well as improving patient comfort.

Everything was fantastic with staff husband was well cared for,service second too none.

All the staff from the receptionist to the nurse and dr on my pre assessment appointment and the nurses and dr on the day of my procedure were all very friendly and caring and explained everything that was happening and constantly checked up on me

Staff was very friendly, professional and made my visit as comfortable as possible
