I was very nervous and the staff made me so at ease

My visit to Endocare was very relaxing experience The staff put me at ease and explained the procedure in detail and reassured me Of colonoscopy The after care was excellent too Very caring staff I also got my private appointment quickly too And the feed back of my after procedure was put to me very reassuring All the staff were brilliant !!!! Keep up the good work!!!

The whole experince was good. I didnt have to waait long the nurses were wonderful and realy took xare of me i had it wirhout sedation and it was ove and done with in no time

My time at Endocare was faultless! I was only there for 1 hour, I didn’t have time to feel nervous. I went straight through after being met at reception by a lovely nurse, who took my details then explained the procedure. I was introduced to the team who were very caring and efficient. Excellent service.

The first appointment was dreadful my appointment was at 12.15 still hadn't been seen at 2.30 had to go home i became ill. Second appointment a week later they couldn't do enough for me
