My experience was excellent. I was able to book an appointment at short notice and had everything done during my visit. I saw Dr Kate Bailey

I was treated with respect by staff. Reception team were all very friendly and helpful. Dr Kate Bailey was wonderful. She did not rush me and gave me so much helpful advice for my condition. Was worth every penny and I would definitely see her again if necessary.

Dr Davina Woodward listened carefully to my medical history and the symptoms I described. She made very practical observations about my condition and whilst awaiting the results of the blood tests she made some practical recomendations.. She also arranged for me to have a series of blood tests to enable her to make the appropriate decision

It was my first visit and I found the experience very good. The staff were kind and informative. The Dr listened to my concerns and was able to reassure me.

Dr Johnstone was so knowledgeable on the issue I wanted to discuss - filled me with reassurance and confidence. She also seemed to have plenty of time to discuss things thoroughly. Thank you!

1. We were wrong footed by the entrance barrier, but luckily another patient was close to the entrance button. 2. Parking was tight - we had to park in the radiology section, but hoped that would be ok. 3. The surgery was wonderfully light and airy and spatially arranged in such a way that each patient could have space and privacy. 4. The staff i have spoken to on the phone were immensely welcoming and efficient, as were the ladies on the desk on arrival 5. The loos were wonderfully clean and airy. 6. Dr. Johnstone was most welcoming and sympathetic. I can't make the next step work, which is to review Dr. J. On only one visit, my experience was very positive. She was clearly listening to what i was saying, and made a very quick referral, for which I am very grateful.

A very welcoming desk staff, clean fresh open waiting area, saw doctor on time who was extra helpful and sorted all worries that we had definitely an 11 out of 10 Thank you're.

Very efficient and punctual. Generous amount of time and care received from Dr Johnstone. Helpful and friendly ladies on reception. Parking is wonderful! Thank you
