The Receptionist was smiling and helpful with filling in form. Also, most welcoming, the heater above the main entrance door was much appreciated in this cold weather. Dr Kate Bailey was kind, considerate and not at all rushed and sent follow up within hours regarding the next step.

The whole visit was very good from having parking available, friendly and obliging reception staff to a very complete, concise and informative appointment with the doctor.

Good modern clean environment. Didn't wait very long to be seen. Very professional experience - they really care and listen to you.

Polite, friendly and thorough

Deanbrook is excellent. The Candover Clinic reception staff are friendly and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable. I saw Dr Alison Johnstone. She is kind and sympathetic. Her general medical knowledge goes way beyond anything I have experienced with other General Practitioners.

This GP appointment met my expectations in terms of timing and outcome. It enabled a rapid X-ray and set up the conditions for a referral to a specialist.

Seen on time and had a lengthy discussion with the doctor. Everything was covered and I felt listened to. The service was exceptional. Thank you.

Neither I nor my wife visit Dr Johnstone very regularly but whenever we do one can be confident of good advice and a friendly reception. One of DrJohnstone's particular skills is that she can always put you in touch with an expert in his/her specialist field. Today we saw Dr J's temporary stand in. Once again- first class Peter B
