My visit was excellent. The doctor was very pleasant, and I felt that I was listened to. Everything was well explained and easy to understand. A referral that I needed was dealt with very efficiently and I had an appointment booked on the same day.

A very pleasant experience. The consultation with Dr Bailey resolved my future medical requirements in a very sympathetic and professional manner. I am very satisfied with all aspects of my visit including the reception admin and nursing staff. In light of the above I have decided to retain the medical services of the Deanbrook Practice to look after my future medical needs.

As usual with Dr. Johnstone, she is very knowledgeable about my medical history and thinks outside the box

From making the appointment to seeing Dr Johnson everything was easy and stress free and ultimately reassuring that the symptoms I had were nothing serious. Such a shame the NHS isn't the same anymore..

It's simple to make an appointment with Deanbrook - no long holding on the phone, a quick turnaround on responding to voicemails. The clinic is bright and airy and clean with plenty of widely spaced seating and a great coffee machine. Dr Ali is lovely and a super GP.
