The programme was vey well structured and delivered professionally and very personably by Joe. His abilities in every facet are commended without exception. The final session was very useful for my future wellbeing I was most impressed. With how Joe handled it

The experience was great, but not having a shower in the building is a real disadvantage, since it materially delayed the day when I could do the session, since I could only sensibly do it on a day when I could then go home.

Very professional. Izzy made me feel relaxed and able to ask questions while also encouraging me to do my best.

Will was really informative and walked me through everything really well. He had excellent social skills and made me feel comfortable immediately. Overall it was a real pleasure to take the assessment.

The assessor was lovely and encouraging. I do feel the format is unnecessarily stressful and the machines appear archaic. There is always a problem getting the heart rate monitor to link. The face mask tastes of public swimming pool and hinders breathing. On the other hand the data gained is invaluable.
