My cardio rehab was set by Kate. She explained everything clearly and carefully so I was at ease with how everything was going to work. Hannah was my cardio rehab coach. She explained what we would be doing in each session and why we were doing it. She took time to explain my training particularly as I had limited experience in the exercises and workout terms we were using. Both Kate and Hannah were very professional and caring of my health care and I would highly recommend them both. I feel that there input has made a huge difference and has progressed my recovery massively.

This was my second assessment and the whole process was carried out in a relaxed atmosphere of professional informality. All stages and procedures were explained to me and all my questions were fully answered. I would be delighted to be assessed by Isobel In the future.

In just 4cweeks I am in much better shape to enable continued rehab progression and have a much greater understanding of the importance of focused activities for heart health. The instruction and advice has enabled me to temper my self competitive targets to ensure that I don't fo more harm than good. Great work Great team

Great one on one tuition from someone who’s willing to understand my needs and tailor make the sessions based on how I’m feeling on the day and research any queries I have such as an extra stretch routine I can do in my own time. General encouragement and instilling a sense of routine and discipline into me that was very much needed.
