The practice is run very efficiently, with appointments being confirmed by text with reminders close to the date. The online portal for invoicing makes payment simple and is good for for record keeping. The staff are also very friendly.

Saw Dr F Ducci few times at the facility. Overall experience is excellent.

This is difficult to do at these times affected by Covid19 but the have done their best to maintain a supportive and constructive practice.

The staff at Cognacity are friendly and welcoming and the waiting room is a very comfortable and good place to wait. My overall impression is that the organisation is well run and efficient and patient-focussed.

Timeliness could be improved but otherwise is excellent.
