Cognacity reception staff were helpful and responsive to communications most of the time. Occasionally I felt ignored and left out of the loop as circumstances changed, but this may have been because of the challenges of the pandemic. My experience with Cognacity reception staff generally improved over time, so that making follow up appointments became easier.

I found everyone I spoke to at Cognacity to be friendly and efficient.

My Cognacity experience has been excellent. I was referred to see 2 consultants in a very short space of time. Both consultants were highly experienced and diagnosed the problems quickly and were very supportive in listening, questioning and helping me understand what I needed to do to restore my mental health. The help the consultants have provided has been first class and I am now well on the road to recovery.

My experience with Cognacity has been consistently good.

Lovely practice however admit organisation of the admin team could be improved.
